Kennedy v. RES-GA Lake Shadow, LLC, 224 So. 3d 931, 932 (Fla. 1st DCA 2017) (represented judgment creditor in lawsuit brought to unravel a fraudulent divorce).


Kroeger v. First City Bank of Florida, 191 So. 3d 465 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016) (successfully represented creditor who garnished funds of debtor).


Beach Community Bank v. City of Freeport, Fla., 150 So. 3d 1111 (Fla. 2014) (represented lender against municipality where, Florida Supreme Court, in opinion, recognized our argument as legally correct, but then directed amendment to the Florida Appellate Rules and retroactively applied it to client’s lawsuit).


McDonald v. Premier Cmty. Bank of Emerald Coast, 128 So. 3d 801 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013) (successfully represented lender against guarantor who alleged fraud against the bank).


Ex parte Sundy, 164 So. 3d 1089 (Ala. 2014) (represented Florida resident impleaded into Alabama lawsuit.  Alabama Supreme Court held that merely owning one parcel of vacant land in Alabama is enough for Alabama state courts to invoke general jurisdiction over the out of state resident, even for any torts unrelated to the vacant land).


McDonald v. Premier Cmty. Bank of Emerald Coast, 128 So. 3d 253 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013)  (successfully represented lender against guarantor who alleged fraud against the bank).


Cent. Mortg. Co. v. Provencher, 75 So. 3d 271 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011) (successfully represented borrower against foreclosing bank).


Testa v. Zeller, 43 So. 3d 698 (Fla. 1st DCA 2010) (successfully represented seller of property who was sued by purchaser who alleged that seller had committed fraud).


Graffeo v. Bauer, 147 So. 3d 983 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014) (successfully represented seller of property in a Johnson v. Davis claim).


Longleaf C & D Disposal Facility, Inc. v. Green's Fill Dirt, Inc., 98 So. 3d 1250 (Fla. 1st DCA 2012) (represented owner of landfill who appealed ruling limiting relief to equitable relief, as opposed to monetary relief).


Reiydell v. Trustmark Nat. Bank, 63 So. 3d 910 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011) (successfully represented lender against borrower).


Silver 7 Properties, LLC v. Glee Navarre, LLC, 177 So. 3d 611 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015) (successfully represented lessor of property whose lease was wrongfully terminated).


Meisenheimer v. Estate of Meisenheimer, 131 So. 3d 811 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014) (successfully represented personal representative of estate in a will contest).


Dewrell v. Dewrell, 116 So. 3d 386 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013) (successfully represented personal representative of estate in a will contest).


Beckham/Tillman v. Bennett, 118 So. 3d 896 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013) (represented property owner in a boundary line dispute action wherein the issue was a battle of surveyors).


Breazeale v. GDC View, LLC, 79 So. 3d 96 (Fla. 1st DCA 2012) (successfully represented developer who sued purchaser of property who attempted to back out of contract).


Craigside, LLC v. GDC View, LLC, 74 So. 3d 1087, 1088 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011) (successfully represented developer who sued purchaser of property who attempted to back out of contract).
